Escape the air

Escape the air

To avoid the bad air day, the cross country team practices inside Building six, Sept. 29. They run different exercises up and down the stair and throughout the hallways.

Sophomore Daniel Moore, left to right, freshman Aaron DeWolf and sophomore Tyler Laird descend the stairs for one of the drills.

For more information, read the Sept. 29 article BREAKING: Bad air quality restricts activities.

The wonderful stairs... My legs were rather tired and sore after that work out, but at least we were able to run in the air conditioning.
