On the last day of school before Easter break, Spanish teacher Beatrice Foth allows classes to celebrate with a Spanish fiesta, March 30.

Junior Stephen Melendez makes the Spanish III class burritos for their fiesta. This burrito is made up of chile verde, Spanish rice and refried beans.
