Downtown Fresno's Van Ness Street was closed off for the second annual Summer Splash beach party, Sept. 3.

The beach party was held in Downtown Fresno to better help the downtown's partnership with the Fresno like in events like the Taco Truck Throwdown and ArtHop. The event cost $5 dollars for adults and were free to children 12 and under.
