Contemporary artist Robert Weibel is featured at the 1821 Gallery and Studios' downtown ArtHop, Oct. 4.

Senior Stephan Melendez reviewed Weibel's contemporary arts for this months ArtHop. Weibel featured his Gunpowder Art collection, where he uses a unique technique to form the drawings, at the the gallery to introduce this type of modern art to the people in Fresno.
