Hi there! My name is Madison Dooley. I am proud to be a redhead, and this is my fourth and last year in journalism. Why, you may ask? 'Cause I'm a senior this year and, well, life must go on. My current position is staff photographer, and I have thoroughly enjoyed this job for the past year and a half. Carrying around a camera which Mr. Stobbe refers to as “this is $2000 around your neck” is what makes it just so much more enjoyable.

Apart from the journalistic aspect of my life, I like to take dance classes and perform in live musical productions. I have performed in 11 shows, and the most recent show was "Thoroughly Modern Millie," in which I played the role of Millie Dillmount.

However, dancing is by far my most favorite thing to do. Whenever I have a bad day, it always cheers me up, and it's something I can look forward to doing practically every day. I'm also interested in pursuing a career in performing, teaching dance or drama classes, or whatever opportunity comes my way.

Considering this is my last year of high school, I intend to make the best of it. So far school has been the best four years of my life, and God has blessed me in so many ways I could not even imagine. Wherever life takes me from here, I know God has a plan for me and I will do my best to glorify Him in all that I do.
