Hello. I am Daniel Moore. You may know me as that one white-haired kid who makes sarcastic remarks.

One thing you may have noticed about me is that I have a brother. Virtually everyone says we look alike. I recommend a simple test. The real Daniel Moore can move his right eyebrow independently. The imposter, who may try to fool you by being taller, cannot do this.

Anyway, back to the important stuff. I have been at FC since kindergarten. I turned 16 in March, and got my license the Thursday before school starts. (insert enthusiastic cheering here) I run cross country, play soccer and tennis. In all three I perform with what I think of as rather impressive mediocrity.

I read obsessively in my spare time, when I have a book. There are only 1.5 genres that I will never read: romance, and vampire romance. I am aware that the vampires could be categorized under "Romance," but I felt that the bloodsucking creepers deserved some disapproval all their own.

Other than that, I can read just about anything. I consider Lord of the Rings to be the best fictional work ever printed. (Or engraved, for that matter, sorry, Gilgamesh)

I don't want to end this biography with a reference to a mythological character. Oh, I forgot. I joined journalism to prepare for college. Thank you for letting me waste a few minutes of your life. Goodbye, and may your beard ever grow longer.
