I'm a senior, and this is my first year at FC. I decided to join The Feather to challenge myself, improve my writing and get involved in an award-winning online newspaper. I'm looking forward to a fun senior year at FC.

In my free time, I like to read, spend time with family and friends, play piano and play sports. I play mid-field in soccer, and I'm a pitcher in softball. I come from a family that likes to run, so I've also trained for and run five half marathons.

I have four siblings, two sisters and two brothers, so there's always something going on in my house. My parents run a children's summer camp, and I've spent every summer of my life growing up there.

Growing up at a summer camp has provided me with many amazing opportunities like meeting friends from different countries. I've learned how to sail, backpack, wakeboard and many other fun recreational activities during my summers at camp. I can also roast a perfectly golden marshmallow.

I look forward to learning about what's going on at FC and meeting new people by being a writer for The Feather this year.
