AP Bro
Mar 02
Many girls have inquired to us about wether or not they may become honorary bros. I mean, we don’t blame them.
Being a bro is awesome and the bro code explicitly states that a girl has the right to be a bro. So in an effort to clear things up, we are going to make an AP Bro test for girls.
Once a girl passes the test they have the right to be called an honorary bro. Now the advantages of a female bro are numerous: front seat privelages, remote control rights, awesome high fives. However, once a girl is a bro she cannot go back. She will forever be in the friend zone. Now lets get down to the specifics of the AP bro test.
Rule 1: If you are a female and want to become a bro, then don’t expect to be treated the same anymore. Girls think that guys are “rough around the edges” when they are around. But when girls are around, guys are on their good behavior. When it is just bros, there are essentially no rules. So if you really want to become a bro, you can’t let words phase you and you must develop the capability to take things with “a grain of salt.”
Rule 2: Be witty. Insults are bound to occur when becoming a bro. But you have to be able to “dish” it back and stand up for yourself.

Rule 3: Know an example of a “10″ before you call someone a 10. We don’t know how many times girls say that a friend of theirs is a “solid 10″ and it isn’t true. The title of a solid 10 is not to be taken lightly and bros understand this. For instance, Trevor has only personally met one solid 10 in his whole life. Moral of the story: when you say “solid 10,” you better mean it.
Rule 4: Be able to talk movies. Guys quote movies all the time, and if you haven’t seen guy movies and memorized the famous lines, then you will be like a deer in headlights. Sometimes bros will have entire conversations only using quotes from famous guy movies, such as The Anchorman, Star Wars, Saving Private Ryan and Die Hard.
So the next time a bro asks for the meaning of diversity, you should respond, “Diversity is an old old wooden ship used in the Civil War era.”
Rule 5: Silence does not always have to always be filled with conversation. Some girls are under the false assumption that silence is a bad thing. Sometimes guys are tired and would like nothing better than for everyone to not say a word. Not to say that a conversation is not nice; it just has to be timed correctly — one skill a female bro must have.
Rule 6: Finally, ask yourself, “would Mark Wahlberg do this or say this”?
The path to becoming a bro may be tough, but we can assure you, it is worth it. Being a bro is very awesome — we are funny together, there is little drama and we are simple groups. Join in. Become a true AP bro.

im sorry but CHristian guys talking about staring at girls is not appropriate but you have some intetreating points you made in the blog
This is awesome, so many truths are told here.
It’s pretty awesome, but more of a guideline than a test don’t you think?
