Captains, (left to right) Tyler Villines, ‘18, Roman Endicott, ‘18, Anthony Lonardo, ‘19,  and Brandon Krueger, 18’ make their way onto the field for the coin toss and pre-game referee speech. Players use this time to prepare for the grueling game ahead and finalize their team strategies.

The home team, after fighting for a long four quarters, end the game defeated by the Immanuel Eagles, 42-0. Despite loss, in the post-game discussion, coaches use defeat to motivate and encourage players to work harder and persevere through any situation.

Fresno Christian competes in their next game at home against Big Valley at 7 p.m., on the home field, Sept. 8.
