The Feather brings its readers weekly FC campus announcements published the first day of each week. This week coverage is from Sept. 18 – 22, 2017.

As the sports schedule gets underway, consider supporting JH and HS athletes at our home games. The week’s athletic events are listed in the weekly announcements below.


HS girls tennis at Firebaugh HS, 4 p.m.


HS girls tennis vs Riverdale HS, 4 p.m.

HS volleyball at Liberty Madera Ranchos HS, 5 p.m.



HS girls tennis vs Firebaugh HS, 4 p.m.

HS volleyball vs Avenal HS, 4:30


HS football vs Mammoth HS, 7 p.m.

Grandparents Day

Grandparents day will be held 

Cheer Clinic 

Elementry cheer clinic sponsored by varsity cheer Sept. 18 – 21.

The Feather Online

All Feather staff will meet at 7 a.m. in the computer lab, Sept. 21.


College fair during lunch Sept. 19.

Seniors will have their senior retreat at Hume Lake Christian Camp Sept. 24 – 25.


STEM club meets 3:15 – 4:15 p.m. in room 622, Sept. 20.


Music Muffins are sold every Wednesday before school in the quad area next to building 6. Muffin and juice for $2. Proceeds to the FC choir.
