Fresno Christian homecoming week has officially begun. Get to know your court candidates personally. This year’s junior candidates are Ashley Zamarripa, Kamryn Schultz and Alina Davila. With a series of unique questions, The Feather introduces each candidate to help students narrow their vote.
Voting will take place Thursday, Oct. 5. The winner will be announced during halftime at the 33rd annual Fresno Christian homecoming game, Oct. 6. Gates open at 6 p.m. with concessions. Princess candidates introduced at 6:30 p.m. FC hosts Riverdale Christian at 7 p.m.
1.) If you could be any Disney character, which would you choose and why?
Zamarripa: Winnie the Pooh becuase he’s adorable.
Schultz: Dory because I get distracted easily and I could go on a crazy adventure.
Davila: Baymax because he helps people.
2.) What is your favorite vacation spot?
Schultz: LA (Disneyland)
3.) What is your hidden talent?
Zamarripa: I can wake up whenever I want to.
Schultz: I can touch my nose with my tongue.
Davila: I can play the piano.
3.) Who is your secret celebrity crush?
Zamarripa: Harry Styles
Schultz: Well if I told you it wouldn’t be a secret anymore.
Davila: Dylan O’ Brien
4.) What is your dream job?
Schultz: A novelist
Davila: Playing with little children all day.
5.) What is your favorite song to song along to?
Zamarripa: Thinking Out Loud (Ed Sheeren)
Schultz: Can’t Stop the Feeling (Justin Timberlake)
Davila: A Whole New World.
