Feather staffers celebrate The Feather c0-adviser Kori Friesen’s birthday during a surprise party before school, April 23.

Happy birthday Kori Friesen! Feather staffers gather before school to decorate the computer lab for Feather co-adviser Kori Friesen’s surprise birthday party, April 23.

With a ‘glow in the dark’ theme, each Feather staffer wears glow stick bracelets and necklaces. Steamers and birthday banners are draped around the lab, with an abundance of colorful balloons covering the floor.

As a part of the birthday festivities, staffers bring sparkling cider, cake, donuts and muffins to celebrate. Co-adviser Greg Stobbe also provides an Eddie’s Bakery birthday cake.
