Fresno Christian’s Womens Belezza Ensemble travel to Santa Barbara for the annual Fall Westmont Invitational Choral Festival, Oct. 26.

The group leaves from Fresno Christian early Friday morning and plans to dine at Madonna Inn for lunch.

Once arrived in Santa Barbara, ensemble will perform for a panel of judges to be adjudicated and later have the opportunity to sing in a mass choir with the rest of the participating groups.

Westmont’s festival is by invitation only and this will be Fresno Christian’s 4th consecutive year participating in the event. Schools from all over California will be in attendance including Redlands Adventist Academy and Chatsworth Charter High School.

Choir director, Susan Ainley shares her hopes for the event.

“I’m really looking forward to having our lovely group shine, gain experience and have fun together,” said Ainley. “I love that it’s a small festival, with lots of clinic time with the adjudicator.”
