League begins for boys and girls soccer, after approximately ten non-league games, Jan. 8.

Soccer concludes their first league games with back to back victories, Jan. 8. Boys soccer defeats the WCPA Wolves in overtime, 3-2. Taking the FC soccer field next, Lady Eagles defeat WCPA, 5-0.

Boys soccer at home, WCPA HS, 4 p.m., Jan. 8.

Girls soccer at home, WCPA HS, 6 p.m., Jan. 8.

Varsity girls basketball away, Alpaugh, 5:45 p.m., Jan. 8.

Varsity boys basketball away, Alpaugh, 7 p.m., Jan. 8.

JV boys basketball away, Farmersville HS, 4 p.m., Jan. 9.

Varsity girls basketball away, Farmersville HS, 5:30 p.m., Jan. 9.

Boys soccer at home, Summit Charter Academy, 4 p.m., Jan. 10.

Girls soccer at home, Summit Charter Academy, 6 p.m., Jan. 10.

Varsity girls basketball at home, Summit Charter Academy, 5:45 p.m. Jan. 10.

Varsity boys basketball at home, Summit Charter Academy, 7 p.m., Jan. 10.

Head out and cheer on your FC winter sport participants in a game-filled week.

Boys and girls basketball compete in their first league game on the road at Alpaugh, while boys and girls soccer play WCPA HS at home on the FC soccer field, Jan. 8.

Timidly moving through her first experiences as a photographer, Clem discovered a true passion and confidence in her ability to document emotions, events and news through strategic imagery. Continuing on The Feather team this year allows her to develop stronger dynamic writing to accompany her photographs. After high school, Clem plans on attending a private Christian university, majoring in teacher education and minoring in photography. Volunteering as a mentor to junior highers through Sister-to-Sister program and as a Calvin Crest counselor, Clem enjoys encouraging her younger peers.
