The Eagles begin their season, aiming for their fourth consecutive Valley Championship.

With the school year starting back up, the FC football team begins their season. After winning the Valley Championships the past 3 years, the Eagles aim for their 4th consecutive championship.

This year, the team is led by senior captains Anthony Lonardo, Darrin Williams, Aaron LaCroix and Jonah Lozano. Head coach, Russ Counts coaches the team for the third year.

The Eagles will play a mix of 8-man and 11-man games, working to continue the transition to just 11-man.

The first of three home games for the Eagles will be against Kings Christian on Friday, Sept. 14. Be sure to grab a friend and go out to support your Eagles.

Following that game will be the annual FC homecoming game, Oct. 5. The Eagles will take on Frazier Mountain. Students, families, friends and alumni are encouraged to attend this game and take part in the FC homecoming festivities.

The Eagles final regular season game at home will be against Riverdale Christian on Friday, Oct. 19. Senior football players and cheerleaders will be honored as it is senior night.
