Seniors in Fresno Christian basketball and cheer are honored at the last home league basketball game against Kings Christian, Feb. 7. Those honored in boys basketball include Logan Lewis, Kenneth Hu, Max Muñoz, Ryan Brazil, and Ty-Utah Coffman. Seniors honored in cheer include Marin Sue, Danielle Foster, and Kayden Marquez.

Before the game begins, seniors on the varsity basketball team are introduced to the crowd, accompanied by their families. Seniors share their favorite moments from the season and their favorite Bible verse.

During halftime seniors in cheer are honored, immediately followed by a performance of their competition routine. The cheer team took home ‘Varsity Division Grand Champions’ at the Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders West Coast Cheerleading Championships the prior week, Feb. 1.

Fresno Christian defeats Kings Christian 76-41, making their record 8-0 in league and 20-6 overall.

The basketball team competes in the East Sierra Basketball League along with five other schools. They are currently ranked No. 1. in their league, as they are undefeated.

Once playoffs begin, the Eagles will compete in the Central Section Division 5 bracket with 41 other schools. Stay tuned top The Feather Online for updates.
