After defeating Parlier, 78-65, in the semi-finals on Tuesday, Feb. 25, Eagles advance to Selland for the CIF Central Section Division V Championships, Feb. 28.

Head coach Jon Penberthy  is in his 7th year of coaching this will be his second time at Selland Arena.

FC basketball captains Ty Utah Coffman, ’20, Carston Saelzler, ’21, Tyus Parrish-Tillman, ’22 and Orion Tomlinson, ’22 led this team to an overall record of, 25-6, and went undefeated in league with a, 10-0, record.

Starter, Orion Tomlinson explains how he is feeling heading into the game.

“Its gonna be a great game,” Tomlinson said. “Making it to the championships shows all the hard work we’ve put in this year and it shows the potential this team has for the future. This sport has allowed me to see the world. It has taken me to places like Orlando and Indiana which I never thought I would visit before.”

Come support the guys as they take on Fowler at the Selland Arena, 12 p.m.
