It is often said that time flies when you're having fun. Although I always knew there was a lot of truth to this statement, it took my senior year of high school to truly understand it for myself.  My first time ever visiting a Fresno Christian campus was twelve years ago. At the time there was another campus for K-2nd graders. It was the first semester of kindergarten and my mom and I were touring the campus in hopes of finding a stable learning environment.

4,660 days after saying goodbye to mom and walking into Mrs. (Amy) Witters’ kindergarten class, I am almost ready to walk off the stage at graduation. The first thing that reflecting on these 13 years brings to mind is a whole-hearted thank you.

It is hard to believe that graduation is coming and I will have to leave this school. The last four year have flown by so fast, and yet, I have made so many memories and friends in that amount of time. It leads me to reflect on what I have gone through in my life.

LRC instructor Kimberly DeWolf continues to assist students after 25 years

Jewel Chandler and Jewel Chandler May 10, 2021
After a 16 year partnership with the Fresno Christian Learning Resource Center, campus staff member Kimberley DeWolf understands the importance of compassion and empathy when assisting her students. With a passion for special education traced back through a multigenerational family teaching career, some of DeWolf's biggest influences consist of her own family members.  Born and raised in the small town of Wasco California, DeWolf spent most of her time on the family ranch carried out by four generations. There, she developed a love for the outdoors at a young age. During her childhood, DeWolf often took trips up to her family's five generation cabin.
