The FC girls soccer program is heading into the postseason with a comfortable playoff spot this season. Last year, the girls fell just short of a Valley Championship and are looking to head back to the championship game with a different outcome.

The FC boys varsity basketball team was not off to a hot start at the beginning of the season. Going two for eight in the first part of the season, the varsity team is bouncing back with a nine-game winning streak. Coming off two huge wins against league opponent Laton and non-league opponent Riverdale, the eagles take on another league opponent, Jan. 25.

The Fresno Christian Eagles have gone through week one of the playoffs defeating Desert High, 57-0, at home, Nov. 2. This next upcoming game is against Orcutt Academy (San Luis Obispo), Nov. 9. This is the second time these two teams have faced off. In week eight, the Eagles and Spartans went head to head with the Eagles coming out on top, 45-27. Written by Richie Cortez
